A 95 square-yard apartment flat on the third floor of a new house is waiting for our guest longing for recreation. The apartment is ensures comfortable accomodation for max. 6 persons. Entertainment: Spring Sailing Championship, Anna-bal, Fured wine-fest, hiking to Koloska valley or to Lóczi-cave, and many other interesting programmes. There are two bedrooms, a sitting-room, loft, bathroom, kitchen (equipped with utensils) serve your comfort. Parking in front of the house. Beach is approx 700 yards from the house. The closest railway and bus station is 5-6 minutes walk. Grocery is on the ground floor of the same house.

Tourist groups are also welcomed. The house is located in a quiet, relaxed, residential green area of the town center, only within 600 meters from the beach.Our apartment house is split into several modern, well equipped apartments with one or two rooms. The one room apartments can accommodate up to 2-3 beds and there is space for 3-6 beds in the 2 room apartments. All the apartments have separate entrances, en suite bathrooms, fully fitted kitchens (fridge, coffee machine, cooking utensils) cable television and balcony for each room with garden furniture.grill and barbeque facilities in our lovely big garden, wine tasting. breakfast

The house is located in a quiet, relaxed, residential green area of the town center, only within 600 meters from the beach. Our apartment house is split into several modern, well equipped apartments with one or two rooms. The one room apartments can accommodate up to 2-3 beds and there is space for 4-6 beds in the 2 room apartments. All the apartments have separate entrances, en suite bathrooms, fully fitted kitchens (fridge, coffee machine, cooking utensils) cable television and balcony for each room.In case of demand we can provide small a bed, a feeding chair or baby bathtub. Parking facilities are in the garden. In our Szőlőlugas Guesthouse, in the neighborhood, we offer our nice home made wine to our guests. Also at the same place we can provide grill and barbeque facilities in our lovely big garden. Our groups can enjoy the common area in our covered garden terrace. The children will find swing, chute and sand-playground facilities. Our guests usually say good bye with nice memories and they return every year.

Its history goes back to 1000-1100. It is the country`s cleanest city without air pollution. Its hospital specialised in cardiovascular disorders, with its unique setting is famous all over the world. The first steamboat in Hungary called "Kisfaludy" left this port. The pension-restaurant was named after Ferenc Káldy who designed a number of famous buildings in Balatonfured, among these is the first Hungarian Jacht Club. The pension-restaurant is still owned by Káldy family. The homely little restaurant is located near the city border, a ten-minute walk from the lake.
